The three members of the Management Committee, Serge Berthier, Peter Johnson and Jacqueline Berthier co-founded the school in 1992.
School Supervisor and Principal:
Serge Berthier, a permanent resident of Hong Kong since 1986, is a registered teacher with the Education Bureau. As well as being the registered Principal of the school and its Supervisor, Serge Berthier is also the Director of several Hong Kong companies. He is a founding member of the Boao Forum for Asia (China). Serge Berthier holds post-graduate diplomas in Economics as well as in Laws.
